SOULSPHERE has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page publishes the standards, controls, and reporting channels we use to keep the platform safe, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
We prohibit any content, behaviour, or account that sexualises, exploits, endangers, or grooms a minor. Violations result in immediate removal, permanent account termination, preservation of evidence, and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement in the relevant jurisdiction.
SOULSPHERE is intended for users aged 13 and above (or 16+ where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from, or allow accounts for, children below that age. If we learn an underage account exists, we remove it and delete associated data.
Every post, comment, chat message, and profile has a Report action. Users can flag content as:
CSAE reports are triaged with the highest priority.
If you see content or behaviour on SOULSPHERE that sexually exploits or endangers a minor, report it immediately. Include a link, username, screenshot, and a short description. Do not download, forward, or re-share the material.
This mailbox is monitored by the SOULSPHERE developer and can speak to our CSAM prevention practices and compliance. We aim to acknowledge child-safety reports within 24 hours.
You can also report CSAM directly to the following organisations, regardless of platform:
