Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16+ where required by local law). You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens on your account.

One person, one account. Don't impersonate anyone, and don't create accounts to abuse referrals or bonuses.

You own the content you post. By posting it on SOULSPHERE you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it inside the app so the product can function (feed, chat, DMs, twin, sharing).

You confirm you have the right to post what you upload and that it doesn't violate anyone's rights.

• Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or targeted abuse.
• Sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance, reported to authorities.
• Nudity, pornographic content, or sexually explicit material.
• Illegal content, promotion of violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities.
• Spam, scams, phishing, malware, or referral fraud.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or automated abuse of the API.
• Impersonating other users, brands, or public figures.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without notice.

STARK, AI Twin, and Fit Scan generate content using AI models. Outputs may be wrong, biased, or offensive — treat them as suggestions, not facts, and don't rely on them for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

Fit Scan is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any condition.

Paid plans are billed via Razorpay. Prices, features, and quotas are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds: subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Email soulsphere.support@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

Referral bonuses only credit for genuinely new accounts. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and coordinated abuse will forfeit all bonuses and may result in account termination.

You may delete your account any time from Profile → Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. On termination, your content is removed except where we're required to retain it by law.

SOULSPHERE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SOULSPHERE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be surfaced inside the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
